I am very glad to have experienced this eye opening trip to Albania. People opened their doors and their hearts to us, sharing stories, struggles, but also hopes of a brighter future. I chose a picture from the elderly home in Shkoder, with this lady that was funny and communicative, despite not being able to speak.
